I’ve had the best experience with Trina. Her customer service is phenomenal & I really appreciate her patience and being so helpful throughout my process. Went to my storage building and could not get in. Bill was so helpful and had great customer service. Customer is so hard to find these day. If anyone is looking for a storage building please go to Extra Storage.
Sometimes I go very early or late in the evening and I have always felt secure in that building. The rent seems high after the increases, but when you shop it around, other companies do have higher rent. Limit, one promotion per customer.
